Le Pacs a feté ses 10 ans d'existence en 2009.
Un collectif a été créé afin de mettre le pacs en mairie. Nous vous proposons de lire l'article du collectif qui explique leur projet pacs en mairie :

Le PACS ou Pacte civil de solidarité a 10 ans et connaît un succès qui ne dément pas : en 2008, ce sont 145 000 couples qui ont souscrit ce contrat. Ce choix d’officialiser une vie à deux s’inscrit de manière donc très forte dans la vie quotidienne des Français.
Le PACS reste cependant à améliorer : si depuis la loi de finance de 2005, il a été mis fin à la période de 3 ans avant une imposition commune et que depuis 2006 les partenaires peuvent choisir la séparation des biens ou le régime d’indivision, il reste des lacunes importantes. Ainsi en cas de décès le conjoint survivant ne peut bénéficier du versement de la pension de réversion ou bien encore le PACS n’ouvre pas de véritables droits pour les couples binationaux (titres de séjour, demande de naturalisation etc.)
Un autre point, très symbolique n’est pas encore réglé : la signature du PACS se fait en effet au tribunal dans des conditions parfois contestables; Les unions se célèbrent ainsi, en semaine, au milieu des procédures judiciaires, parfois derrière des portiques de détection… Ce n’est pas acceptable ! Ne serait-il pas judicieux que la loi institue la signature du PACS en mairie ?
Certaines mairies de gauche (ex :Toulouse)et de droite (ex : Nice) proposent cependant des cérémonies en mairie qui permettent, après signature au tribunal, d’inviter familles et ami(e)s. C’est une avancée vers un peu plus de dignité et de respect des couples pacsés. Mais de telles pratiques restent encore trop isolées. Comment peut-on accepter que tous les citoyens de notre République ne soient pas traités à égalité ?
C’est pourquoi a été créé notre " COLLECTIF POUR LE PACS EN MAIRIE ", ouvert à toutes et tous, hétéros ou homos, individus ou associations, organisations etc avec pour objectif premier d’obtenir que des cérémonies de PACS soient possibles dans toutes les communes.
Les premiers signataires étant aquitains, le " COLLECTIF POUR LE PACS EN MAIRIE ", propose d’engager dans un premier temps une campagne de courrier à destination des maires de cette région pour obtenir que, partout soient organisées des cérémonies de PACS en mairie.

L'association Gayfree a pris connaissance de ce projet grace à Gaylib Aquitaine, auquel je suis moi meme membre de cette association mais aussi partenaire par le biais du Girofard. Ce projet nous interesse, nous souhaitons par la suite apporter notre soutien au collectif mais aussi à Gaylib Aquitaine à titre local d'abord reussir à Bordeaux et en Gironde à implanter le pacs en mairie en Gironde, puis apporter petit à petit à titre national en soutenant les autres villes portant le meme projet. Nous en avons parlé en debut janvier lors d'un live de notre radio Gayfree Radio suite à l'article sur Tetu ou Gaylib Aquitaine parle de ce projet. Nos membres sont egalement enchantés de ce projet et soutiennent à fond le pacs en mairie. C'est pourquoi, nous allons dans les prochains jours prendre contact avec 2 membres de Gaylib Aquitaine : Denis Trauchessec et Julien Diez (auquel je suis en contact depuis pas mal de temp sur internet) afin d'apporter notre soutien a ce projet.

Les Jeunes UMP de Gironde et GayLib appellent à la signature du pacs en mairie
Les Jeunes Populaires de Gironde et l'association LGBT de l'UMP ont lancé un appel aux maires de leur département, afin qu'ils célèbrent les PACS à la place des tribunaux d'instance. Un «palliatif» selon les socialistes qui rejettent la proposition.
Célébrer les Pacs en mairie plutôt qu'au tribunal d'instance. C'est l'appel lancé le 9 décembre par la section girondine des Jeunes Populaires et Gaylib, (respectivement association des jeunes et des LGBT de l'UMP). Aujourd'hui, en Gironde, seules quelques communes font signer les unions civiles en mairie. Partout ailleurs, les unions sont contractées au tribunal. Or, selon les Jeunes Pop, qui dit tribunal dit délinquant, un statut inapproprié aux pacsés.
«Le bon moment»
Les jeunes Girondins ont ainsi décidé de faire progresser les choses, «pour bousculer les aînés qui ne sont pas forcément en phase avec leur époque», explique Julien Diez (photo), responsable du mouvement Gaylib en Aquitaine. Car si le candidat Sarkozy avait promis d'accorder aux gays et lesbiennes un statut d'union similaire au mariage, on en est encore loin. Le Pacs en mairie serait au moins un pas en avant.
Suite à cet appel, un débat interne aura lieu en janvier afin de fixer un calendrier précis selon la taille des municipalités concernées: une ville peu peuplée célèbre moins de pacs qu'une grande ville et peut donc changer ses structures administratives plus vite.
Elections cantonales
Julien Diez se dit «optimiste» quant à la mise en œuvre de cet appel qui «à pour but de dépasser les clivages politiques». Mais chez les Jeunes Socialistes, on ne l'entend pas de cette oreille. Ils rappellent dans les colonnes de leur site web que «la célébration du pacs en mairie n'est qu'un palliatif à l'égalité réelle que serait le droit, pour les couples gays et lesbiens de se marier et d'adopter». Et si de nombreuses associations LGBT girondines soutiennent la proposition commune Jeunes Pop-Gaylib, le MJS mettent en garde contre «la confusion des genres». Avec 95% des unions civiles contractées par des couples hétérosexuels, l'appel des Girondins de droite n'aurait pas de grandes motivations gay-friendly...
Reste que la course contre la montre est lancée: en mars, une trentaine d'élections cantonales auront lieu en Gironde. Pas sûr que les candidats aient envie de s'embarrasser d'une telle mesure pendant leur campagne électorale...
