Pratiquant assidu de la musculation et de l’athlétisme, David a acquis de nombreuses connaissances lors de ses formations universitaires (master 2 et master 1 STAPS « entrainement, préparation physique et management sportif », diplôme universitaire de préparation physique et licence STAPS « entrainement et management sportif ») et lors de l’acquisition de ses 2 brevets d’état (Métiers de la forme et HACUMESE). En parallèle, il s’est perfectionné sur le terrain en acquérant une grande expérience et en côtoyant un public très hétérogène grâce à ses interventions en salle de sport en tant que coach sportif, professeur de fitness et pratiquant de musculation. Mais également en prenant en charge la préparation physique d’athlètes (équipe de rugby évoluant en fédérale 1 et pilote automobile du champion de France GT3 en 2009 et Porsche Carrera Cup en 2008).
Vous souhaitez débuter ou reprendre le sport pour vous sentir mieux dans votre corps, retrouver la forme, perdre quelques kilos accumulés, prendre de la masse musculaire, vous défouler après une journée de travail, vous changez les idées ou bien améliorer vos performances ou vous préparez à une compétition. La polyvalence des connaissances de David et son expérience lui permette de vous prendre en charge quelque soit votre objectif.
David vous suivra également sur le plan alimentaire en vous proposant des conseils et un plan alimentaire indispensables pour atteindre vos objectifs que ce soit en termes de bien-être, de performance ou d’esthétique.
