APPEL A LA MOBILISATION GENERALE !!!

L'association Gayfree mène depuis quelques mois une campagne sérieuse sur la lutte contre les discriminations et l'homophobie sur internet, qui est l'une des actions de l'association. L'association tient donc sa promesse et vient d'engager depuis septembre 2010 une campagne sur ce sujet

En octobre 2010, nous avons envoyé des courriers recommandés à ce sujet, y compris à certains ministres, dans l'espoir qu'ils agissent serieusement sur ce problème qui devient de plus en grave et surtout qui dure depuis trop longtemp. Nous avons reçu des réponses qui ne sont pas à la hauteur de nos espérances. Ils prennent acte de notre demande mais n'ont pas l'air de vouloir agir en conséquence.

Puis en mai 2011, les tristes résultats sont tombés, l'homophobie sur internet progresse de plus en plus, d'après le rapport moral 2011 de SoS Homophobie. Des chiffres inquiétants sont publiés : Au cours de l'année 2010, 21% des victimes d'homophobie viennent d'internet, qui est meme bcp plus grands que le chiffre des victimes d'homophobie dans un lieu public qui est seulement de 13%, suivi des victimes d'homophobie dans leur lieu de travail à 12%. C'est donc un constat qu'il faut prendre en compte, et qu'il va falloir agir au plus vite. C'est pour cela que nous en appelons aux associations LGBT à une mobilisation générale, et travailler en commun, ne pas uniquement freiner l'homophobie sur le terrain mais également sur internet.

L'HOMOPHOBIE SUR FACEBOOK

Depuis quelques mois maintenant, nous tombons sans arret sur des groupes sur facebook a caractere homophobe ou discriminatoire à orientation sexuelle, qui sont créés par des personnes ou des particuliers membres de facebook montrant avec acharnement leurs haines contre les homos et l'homosexualité en général.

Propos très graves visant à la haine et à la violence, nous trouvons par exemple des commentaires sur chaque groupe tres intenses contre l'homosexualité. "les homos doivent etre brulés" " les homos doivent etre décapités", et ne parlons meme pas des propos sur la religion, et certains propos qui nous rappellent beaucoup la seconde guerre mondiale. Comment on peut laisser ce genre de groupes etre diffusés sur internet? Comment on peut laisser publier de tels propos et commentaires? Cela ne devrait pas etre autorisé, et surtout cela devrait etre puni par la loi et pris au sérieux par le gouvernement et les pouvoirs publics mais aussi toutes les associations LGBT. Facebook est l'un des sites les plus fréquentées par la population.

Nous tenons a rappeler qu'en plus facebook est autorisé a partir des ados de 13 ans, et donc facebook se doit de securiser et proteger leur site, imaginons qu'un mineur tombe sur un de ces groupes, en voyant des photos avec des jeunes enfants se faire pendre car ils sont homos, en voyant des photos avec le logo nazi et le portrait de Hitler, et puis des commentaires infames en disant que les homos doivent se faire pendre ou mettre au feu et peine de mort, c'est insupportable, tous ces propos peuvent amener à un traumatisme moral et même au suicide.Nous avons le devoir de protéger ces jeunes, et par conséquent agir par tous les moyens pour que l'homophobie sur internet soit éradiquée, autant que les agressions homophobes à l'extérieur.

En 2010, Facebook a recu de multiples pressions par les utilisateurs de leurs sites jusqu'a meme des plaintes contre eux, concernant ces groupes homophobes. Cela a l'air de fonctionner, car facebook a supprimé les groupes sous la pression. Malheureusement les groupes se multiplient et continuent à exister.

Notre association a souvent fait appel à la police judiciaire par internet, pour signaler ces malfaiteurs. Mais signaler un lien au gouvernement est devenu insuffisant, nous demandons dorénavant des réactions concrètes et radicales au niveau de la justice.

APPEL A UNE MEILLEURE MODERATION

Nous lançons un appel solennel à tous les réseaux sociaux, que ce soit Facebook, Twitter, Skyblog etc... à mieux modérer leur site concernant tous les propos discriminatoires ou tout acte incitant à la haine et la violence. Que ce soit pour le racisme, que ce soit pour l"homophobie, que ce soit pour les handicapés, la misere, ou n'importe quelle discrimination, mais aussi tout acte incitant à un appel à la peine de mort, des photos qui montrent des actes de cruauté envers l'etre humain,

Tous ces types de publications, que ce soit des photos ou des textes ou des commentaires, doivent etre supprimés et signalés aux autorités.

L'HOMOPHOBIE ET LES DISCRIMINATIONS SE PROPAGENT PAR VIDEO

Voila maintenant que les propos discriminatoires et homophobes passent par video et en public, pouvant etre visionné par des personnes de tout age.

En 2011, Le Rappeur Cortex, a attaqué deux chanteurs homosexuels en video sur Dailymotion en n'hesitant pas à se montrer. En Juin 2011 cela concernait Samy Messaoud et en aout 2011 c'etait au tour de Monis.

Ce rappeur essayant de detourner clairement des propos homophobes (il l'a fait d'ailleurs pour les deux chanteurs en tout debut de ces videos, avec les memes propos), il n'hésite pas a injurier publiquement ces deux chanteurs, l'un a cause de son clip video et l'autre visant son coté artistique. N'hesitant pas non plus à citer le groupe Sexion d'assaut comme ses potes et en soutenant leurs actes. Neanmoins, deux chanteurs homosexuels, simple coincidence?? Nous on n'y croit pas. Cette personne n'a pas été jusqu'à menacer de mort, mais n'a pas non plus à dépasser des limites concernant certains propos.

Cependant quelque chose nous derange dans toute cette affaire, pourquoi Dailymotion a autorisé à publier ce genre de video plein de haines et de propos abjectes? A notre connaissance, il y a une charte et un reglement à respecter lors des envois de videos, et surprise !! Nous constatons que ce n'est pas le cas pour toutes les videos.

Et c'est sur ce point essentiel que nous allons en venir, le site Dailymotion, et nous demandons la meme chose par la meme occasion à Youtube et Wat TV, de mieux moderer les publications videos, voir meme demander de visionner tout envoi de video et de les publier seulement si c'est pas contraire au reglement. Nous tenons a rappeler que tout actes incitant a la haine et la violence envers la communauté LGBT mais egalement tout propos discriminatoire sont interdits par la loi et donc par consequent ne doivent pas etre diffusés au grand public y compris sur internet

CONCLUSION

Nous constatons que l'homophobie se multiplie de jours en jours sur internet et par différents moyens, il est temps d'agir et d'arreter ca au plus vite. Nous en appelons à toutes les associations, mais egalement aux pouvoirs publics et au gouvernement de débattre sur ce sujet, en faisant le necessaire y compris en passant par des propositions de lois afin d'eradiquer l'homophobie mais egalement les discriminations sur internet sous toutes leurs formes.
