Dans notre association Equality (anciennement Association Gayfree), chaque adhésion compte. Vos adhésions nous servent surtout pour nos actions annuelles (manifestations, materiels, reunions, deplacements, cotisations associations, assurance, et les frais du futur local). En aucun cas les adhesions servent pour nos services (site internet, tchat, radio) qui sont aux frais personnels de nos membres du Bureau en attendant les subventions (prouvés evidemment grace aux comptes bancaires)
Nous respectons vos cotisations et vos dons: pour rappel les adherents sont les acteurs de chaque association. Nous devons donc depenser vos cotisations pour des causes justes et serieuses, et non pour des choses sans interet qui n'ont rien a voir avec nos combats contre les discriminations et contre l'homophobie.
Fonctionnements des adhesions
Une adhesion individuelle à notre association coute actuellement 10 euros chaque saison. Nos adhesions fonctionnent par saison (de juillet à juillet). Nous n'avons pas encore pour l'instant mis en place des adhesions couples ou des adhesions pour les entreprises ou les associations (le cout de l'adhesion individuel n'etant pas élevé)

Précisions importantes sur les dons
Précisons en premier lieu que notre association n'est pas une association d'utilité publique pour le moment, un jour peut etre qui sait, en revanche nous sommes bien déclarés en tant qu'association Loi 1901 à but non lucratif.
Concernant les dons, dans notre association, ils ne sont pas considérés évidemment comme une adhésion, les dons serviraient uniquement à contribuer aux actions et aux manifestations que nous menons quotidiennement avec l'association Equality. Cela n'est ni une obligation ni une exigence de la part de notre association. Vous etes libres de faire des dons ou pas pour faire avancer notre combat.
Pour rappel : Vous déduisez dans la limite de 60% du montant de votre don et au maximum de 20% de votre revenu annuel imposable.
(Exemple : vous donnez 100 € à une association vous avez une déduction d’impôt de la somme de 60 € !)

TEXTE DE LOI DE L’ARTICLE 200-1 du DGI
Pour pouvoir bénéficier des dispositions de l’article 200-1 du DGI, les dons doivent être effectués au profit d’œuvre ou d’organisme d’intérêts général ayant un caractère philanthropique, éducatif, scientifique, social, humanitaire, sportif, familiale, culturel ou concourant à la mise en valeur du patrimoine artistique, à la défense de l’environnement naturel ou à la diffusion de la culture, de la langue et des connaissances scientifiques françaises.
Sont considérés comme d’intérêt général les organismes qui exercent une activité non lucrative dans les conditions prévues aux instructions des 15 septembre 1998 et 16 février 1999, dont la gestion est désintéressée et qui ne fonctionnent pas au profit d’un cercle restreint de personnes.
En outre, le bénéficiaire de la réduction d’impôt n’est accordé qu’à la condition que le versement procède d’une intention libérale, c'est-à-dire qu’il soit consenti à titre gratuit, sans contrepartie directe ou indirecte au profit de la personne qui l’effectue.
Les cotisations versées par les adhérents ne peuvent être éligibles au mécénat dés lors qu’elle constituent la contrepartie des services et des prestations qui leurs sont fornis par l’association.
Pour que le don soit éligible au mécénat, il devra être clairement distinct de la cotisation versée par l’adhérent de l’association en contrepartie de services rendus.
